We Have Many Reasons to Be Thankful
We want to take the time to say "thank YOU!" to our wonderful patients for trusting in us for their dental needs. You have been believing in us and in all the measures we are taking to protect our team, you, and your family. Thank YOU! We also want to give thanks for not having a single incident since we started with the full staff returning back on May 22. We are blessed with a wonderful team of dedicated and passionate people. We have many reasons to be thankful, but this one is very special. Hilary (our Dental Hygienist) and husband Marcus have welcomed a beautiful and healthy baby boy (Owen) to this world. Hilary will be back, starting November 30. Last, but not least, we want to say "thank you" to Zuzana, our temporary Dental Hygienist. She had great interactions with patients and she will be missed. To assure all of you who are not so sure if you should see a dentist during the Pandemic, we have increased our measures to offer a safer environment. We are using the non-toxic, environment-friendly hypochlorous acid to "fog" the entire office at least twice a day. Our COVID-19 screening questionnaire and any necessary forms are now contactless and can be done online from home.
Unfortunately, we are still fighting to have access to PPE (Protective Personal Equipment) because the prices have skyrocketed having us compete with hospitals for access. To keep our prices the same, we are asking all patients coming to the office during the pandemic to pay an extra $ 15, a one-time-only "PPE fee" to help us with the burden of high costs. Some insurances are paying while others transfer the cost to patients. Hopefully, as vaccines become available, life will slowly return to normal.
Finally, we continue to offer the "Advantage Savings Plan" to our patients who lost or never had dental insurance coverage. The plan offers deep discounts and takes care of all of the check-up appointments throughout the year. More details on the "MEMBERSHIP" tab.
If you have dental insurance, you are about to lose your 2020 benefit. "Use it, or lose it!" Please call us and we will try to find a time to treat you and maximize your benefits for this year.
