Dr. Rios has been practicing dentistry for more than 20 years. She personally sees her patients and reserves one hour or more of her schedule for each patient depending on the procedure. Dr. Rios has a special way of dealing with children and those who are afraid of dentists. She got her DDS degree from Nova Friburgo Dentistry School in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. In 1997 she got her license to practice dentistry in California. She is married and lives with her husband and two daughters in Marina Del Rey. Dr. Rios can speak in Portuguese and Spanish as well.
Dr. Rios works hard to provide the best dental care possible to her patients with the latest technology available to offer comfortable treatment. Dr. Rios and her staff will work in the best way to make this experience as stress-free as possible.
Dr. [Jenny] Ji Youn LeeDMDAssociate Dentist
Dr. [Jenny] Ji Youn Lee joined our team in 2018. She was born in South Korea and raised in Bethesda, Maryland prior to moving to Boston to continue her education. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Neurobiology with a minor in Psychology from Boston University and holds a Master of Arts degree in Nutrition and Metabolism as well.
After graduating from Boston University, she received her DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. During her time at Tufts, she acquired a vast range of skills and experience in treating all phases of dentistry at Tufts Clinic, a rehabilitation hospital for special needs children, community health centers, and geriatric outreach programs. She is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the Western Los Angeles Dental Society.
Dr. Lee understands the anxiety that can come with receiving dental treatments. She has a gentle, conservative approach to dentistry with an emphasis on preventative treatments and makes patient comfort a priority. She is committed to excellence and strives to exceed her patient’s expectations at each and every visit.
When Dr. Lee is not improving people’s oral health, she is most likely in search of good food and taking advantage of all the outdoor activities California offers. She enjoys playing volleyball, running, and anything to do with the beach.
Dr. Lee is fluent in Korean.
